EMDR Therapy

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing. Although the name suggests that it is limited to just eye movements, it actually uses something called Bi-Lateral Stimulation or BLS for short, and can involve tapping, buzzing hand held devices, audio tones and a host of other things. In simpler terms BLS is just stimulation that goes back and forth from left to right.
